The featured speaker will be Roger McEowen, Professor of Agriculture Law and Taxation at Washburn University School of Law, Topeka. Roger will discuss:

Kansas statute and agritourism concerning volunteers & liability
Organic or no commercial herbicide use & chemical drift
Specialty focused business plans
We will also have USDA staff on hand to share about building a relationship with USDA specifically for specialty crop and urban ag producers.
